Overview
Roma Payouts empowers merchants to do payouts in both Fiat and Digital currencies, across countries and currencies with one single platform.
Usually there are four broad steps in making a payout:
Corridors
Corridors are channels or routes that enable the transfer of funds from one currency to another. For example, sending funds from USDC to USD is a corridor. This is only for your reference purpose to understand which currencies are enabled for you.
Beneficiary
A beneficiary is an individual or entity that receives funds through a payout. The beneficiary may be located in the same country as the sender or in a different country, and the funds may be transferred in a variety of currencies.
To receive funds as a payout beneficiary, it is typically necessary to provide certain information like beneficiary's name, address, identification information, and banking information, such as the account number and routing information.
Quotes
Quotes are estimates of the fees and exchange rates that will apply to a given payout transaction. Quotes are guaranteed for a certain time, so you can be confident the exchange rate is always guaranteed. These quotes are needed to execute a payout.
